About the OrderPilot ‑ COD Confirmation

OrderPilot helps Shopify merchants confirm cash on delivery orders through automated WhatsApp messages. The app reduces fake COD orders by sending order confirmation messages to customers and recording their replies - whether they want to confirm, cancel, or request changes. Customer responses are captured through quick reply buttons and automatically update orders in Shopify with appropriate tags. Merchants can track all confirmation activity through a simple dashboard that shows confirmed orders, cancelled orders, and pending confirmations in one place. The app automates the entire COD order confirmation process on WhatsApp, saving time while helping merchants verify legitimate orders before fulfillment.
