About the Order Sync Watchdog
Order Sync Watchdog monitors your paid orders and sends email alerts when fulfillment takes too long. Sometimes shipping apps or order management systems lose sync, leaving orders stuck without anyone noticing until customers complain. This app watches every paid order and notifies you when one remains unfulfilled past your chosen time window.
Choose from 6, 12, 24, or 48-hour fulfillment windows based on your needs. The app listens to Shopify order updates and runs background checks every 15 minutes to catch any missed updates. You'll get a complete list of orders past their window, with direct links to each order for quick action.
Order Sync Watchdog uses read-only access and never modifies your orders. It doesn't store customer names, emails, or addresses, keeping your data secure while helping you catch fulfillment delays before customers do.
