Order Genie handles your most common customer support questions automatically, 24/7. Your customers ask the same things repeatedly: where is my order, when will it arrive, what's your return policy. This app answers those questions directly on your storefront without requiring your time. The app pulls real order data including fulfillment status, carrier information, tracking numbers, and estimated delivery dates. Customers can look up orders using their order number and email, or get instant answers when signed in. Genie also responds to shipping, returns, and FAQ questions based on files you upload, and can suggest products from your catalog during conversations. You only pay for real answers that solve customer questions. Follow-up questions don't count toward your plan, making it cost-effective for stores with high support volume.
