Order Genie is an AI order agent that handles customer support questions 24/7. It answers "where is my order" inquiries using real fulfillment data, tracking numbers, and carrier information pulled directly from your Shopify store.
Customers can check their order status by entering their order number and email—no account or sign-in required. The AI agent also answers shipping questions, return policy inquiries, and FAQs based on files you upload to the system.
