About the Orca: AI POs & Receiving
Orca uses AI to turn vendor purchase orders into Shopify products and accurate inventory without manual data entry. Upload a PO as a PDF, spreadsheet, or snap a photo—Orca reads it into line items and creates draft products with variants, barcodes, descriptions, and weights. The app matches PO items to existing products so reorders don't create duplicates. When shipments arrive, a guided receiving flow updates inventory and flags shortages and overages. Track on-order, received, and returned units with vendor terms, discounts, credits, and multiple delivery locations built in. Orca learns from your feedback and adjusts to each vendor's PO format over time.
