Opus Returns & Exchanges

Opus helps small stores manage returns and exchanges without coding. Customers can find guest orders or legacy-account orders using their order number and checkout email—no customer account needed. They can request variant exchanges or different-product exchanges and submit evidence directly through the return portal. Merchants review each request, track inbound returns, inspect items, and record decisions in Shopify. Approved refunds, store credit, replacements, and exchanges are all handled within the platform. The app tracks everything from evidence submission to inbound shipping and inspection status. Export request data as CSVs and keep all customer updates organized in one timeline.
