About the Nudgeback: Back in Stock Alert
Nudgeback adds a back in stock alert form to your product page when shoppers select sold-out options. The notify me form appears only on items that are actually out of stock, never on products you intentionally keep at zero inventory.
When stock returns, waiting shoppers automatically receive one email with a direct link to their selected option. The app counts stock only at active locations that fulfill online orders, so inventory at retail counters won't trigger notifications.
Moving from another back in stock app? Import your waiting list by CSV without sending emails to customers. You can also export your complete waiting list as CSV any time. The notify form uses your theme's fonts for a seamless look on your product page.
