About the NPS for POS

NPS for POS helps you collect Net Promoter Score feedback directly from customers after each point of sale transaction. Your staff can easily access the customer feedback option in the POS menu, where shoppers rate their experience on a 0-10 scale and add optional comments. The admin dashboard lets you track your overall NPS score, monitor trends over time, and compare performance across different store locations. You can export all feedback responses to CSV whenever needed. The app allows you to choose which locations collect feedback and supports customer-facing prompts in five languages: English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. Perfect for retailers who want to measure customer satisfaction and improve their in-store experience based on real feedback data.
