About the Scan to Pack
Scan to Pack is a packing station app that prevents shipping errors by blocking wrong and extra items from going out. Each unit gets scanned as it goes into the box - if something doesn't match the order, the station turns red and stops until the item is removed.
The app works with USB scanners, Bluetooth scanners, or your phone camera. Items without barcodes can be matched by SKU. When items are out of stock, you can report them with a note, and partial fulfillment requires explicit confirmation before proceeding.
Every packing session is documented with records showing who packed the order, what was scanned, and a photo of the packed box - all saved directly on the order page. You can run multiple packing stations with their own locations, track per-packer statistics, and export data to CSV for reporting.
