About the Raw Material Inventory

This app helps you manage raw material inventory for products that share the same materials. Sell fabric by the yard, coffee by the gram, or wax by the kit from one shared pool while keeping accurate stock levels. Add your raw materials and specify how much each product variant uses. The app automatically calculates how many of each variant you can sell based on available material, accounting for waste allowance and stock reserved for production. It updates your store inventory in real time. When orders are placed, the app holds the required material. Completed payments deduct it from your pool, while cancellations and restocked refunds return it. Every stock change is recorded in a detailed ledger with its reason. An hourly check ensures accuracy by fixing any changes made outside the app. Features include variant stock computed from shared materials, support for kits using several materials, material stock per location, low-material email alerts, and CSV import and export capabilities.
