Norma: Facture électronique automatically converts your paid Shopify orders into compliant French invoices and credit notes. Every invoice is generated in Factur-X format (PDF/A-3 + XML EN 16931), ready for the 2026 electronic invoicing reform. Refunds automatically create corresponding credit notes linked to original invoices.
For B2B sales, the app verifies SIREN, SIRET, and VAT numbers through VIES without manual entry. Your accountant gets FEC exports, CSV files sorted by VAT rate, and complete VAT summaries. All invoices include mandatory legal mentions, follow proper numbering requirements, and are archived for 10 years with e-reporting included.
