The app automatically creates invoices and credit notes for every order, then sends them directly to customers by email. Payment data synchronization works seamlessly with PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, Samsung Pay, Shopify Payments, and TikTok, including transaction fees.
All documents are GoBD-compliant and ready for tax returns, including VAT, DATEV, and OSS-relevant receipts. The import feature lets you retrieve invoices from older orders for complete accounting records. You can exclude specific documents using tags and order sources, customize invoice layouts, and handle POS transactions. Refunds and payments are automatically linked with invoices, including e-invoices, ensuring accurate bookkeeping that meets record-keeping obligations.
