About the Krealo Chat

Krealo Chat adds live chat to your Shopify store as an app embed, so it stays in place even when you switch themes. No code pasting required—the app installs and configures your domains automatically. Your support agents see what shoppers have in their cart and which page they're browsing in real time while chatting. They can look up past orders using just the email address the customer types in the conversation, without opening Shopify in another tab or leaving the chat window. The app lets agents search your product catalogue and send product cards directly in the chat. Available in French, English, and Spanish, Krealo Chat works on both desktop and mobile devices.
