About the Keepers — Returns & Exchanges
Keepers gives you a branded returns portal where customers can start returns and exchanges themselves. Customers look up their order using their order number and email, select items, and request a refund or exchange. Your return window settings, return reasons, and final-sale tags automatically control what's eligible to return.
All return requests appear on one central board where you can approve, reject, or process refunds directly to the original payment method through Shopify. For exchanges, you record them on the board and then ship replacements from your Shopify admin. The app includes keep-the-item refunds for low-value returns—you set a value limit, and items below that threshold skip return shipping entirely. This saves you money on shipping costs while keeping customers happy. Manage your entire returns process from request to refund in one place.
