About the Kansha Post‑Purchase Survey
Kansha displays a post-purchase survey on your Thank you page and Order status pages, asking customers one question when they're most willing to respond. Find out how shoppers discovered your store, why they made their purchase, or ask any custom question you need answered.
This survey app requests no access to your products, customers, or orders. It runs completely outside checkout, so it can never interrupt a sale or affect your conversion rate. Each buyer sees the question once per order, never twice, regardless of which page they visit.
Choose between multiple choice or free text responses. All survey answers collect in one simple list that you can export to CSV anytime for analysis.
