About the IFG AI Chat

IFG AI Chat adds WhatsApp and Telegram contact buttons to your Shopify store, making it easy for shoppers to reach you. The built-in AI assistant answers customer questions about products, availability, collections, store policies, and FAQs using your store's actual content. Product details and stock levels are pulled directly from your store in real-time when responding to shoppers. The assistant won't add items to carts, modify orders, or apply discounts. When the AI lacks information to answer a question, it tells the customer and can collect their email for follow-up. You can provide your own answers to guide the assistant's responses. The app includes optional email capture and keeps a 30-day conversation history for your records.
