About the HoldSafe

HoldSafe helps merchants monitor and manage active fulfillment holds across all their locations, including merchant-managed and third-party fulfillment centers. The app lets you see which holds were created by HoldSafe versus other apps, giving you complete visibility into your order fulfillment process. Release only the specific holds you want by selecting them individually. HoldSafe uses exact fulfillment hold IDs when communicating with Shopify and never sends release-all requests, protecting holds created by other apps from being accidentally removed. Every release action is recorded for full traceability. Key features include monitoring fulfillment holds across all locations, releasing selected holds using their exact Shopify hold IDs, and identifying which app created each hold.
