About the Hexloom Duplicate Orders
Hexloom Duplicate Orders finds and flags orders placed twice by the same customer, helping you catch duplicate orders before shipping. Double-clicked checkouts and retried payments often create unintended duplicate orders. This app compares each new order against the customer's recent orders and identifies likely duplicates based on same items and timing.
Set your own detection window from 5 minutes to 24 hours. The app shows a confidence level and explains why each order was flagged as a potential duplicate. You review the flags and decide which orders to cancel - the app never acts automatically. Cancel duplicate orders with your choice of refund and restock options. Fulfilled orders are never offered for cancellation.
Check your daily digest inside the app to review flagged orders. On installation, it scans the last 30 days of orders, then monitors each new order going forward. The app stores only hashed buyer IDs and order IDs for privacy. It flags duplicates but doesn't merge orders - you stay in control of the final decision.
