About the Guildia AI Front Desk
Guildia AI Front Desk works as an automated customer service employee for your Shopify store. It answers common order questions like "where's my order?" by checking live order data after verifying the customer's order number and email. The app provides real-time product prices and stock information by store location, pulling data at the moment customers ask.
The AI assistant prepares order changes for merchant approval, including draft orders with checkout links, address changes, cancellations before shipping, and returns. By default, each store change waits for your confirmation, and cancellations always require approval. The app doesn't invent answers—if it doesn't know something, it tells customers directly.
Guildia supports chat on your store, plus text and phone support using your own number. Available in English, Spanish, and Georgian.
