About the Green13 Returns & Exchanges

Green13 Returns & Exchanges lets customers handle returns and exchanges on their own through a dedicated returns page in your theme. Customers simply enter their order number and email to select items and choose between a refund or an exchange for another size or colour of the same product. The app shows only in-stock variants for exchanges and lets you set rules by country group, including return fees (fixed or percentage), time limits, and customer notes. Once you approve a request in your Shopify admin, it automatically becomes a native Shopify return, keeping refunds and restocking in your familiar workflow. The returns page supports 20 languages and integrates directly into your theme. You control exchange options, including whether customers can exchange for variants of equal value or higher. Perfect for stores that want to give customers self-service returns while maintaining full control over the approval process.
