About the Forum Innovate
Forum Innovate brings customer discussions and Q&A directly to your Shopify storefront. Shoppers can ask questions, share ideas, reply, vote, and connect with your community right where they shop. The AI Community Builder creates a ready-to-launch forum structure so you can get started quickly. Organize discussions with categories and polls, link Shopify products to community threads, and let customers share images and video. Email notifications and discussion subscriptions keep members engaged and bring them back when conversations continue. Moderate all threads, users, and activity from Shopify Admin. Customize the forum experience to match your brand and turn customer questions into an active community that stays on your store.
