About the Fincile Payment Reconciliation
Fincile checks the payments behind your sales to catch accounting errors. Connect Stripe or PayPal, or upload a payout CSV from Shopify Payments, Square, Klarna, Afterpay, or Razorpay. Each audit finds orders marked paid with no matching payment, payouts that don't match sales, duplicate charges, chargebacks, and failed refunds. Export CSV or PDF reports for your accountant. The app reconciles payment data without changing your books or releasing held payouts. Free audit available for up to 100 orders.
