About the FeedHat – Screenshot Feedback

FeedHat adds a feedback button to your Shopify store, making it easy for customers to report page issues with screenshots. When customers click the button, they can mark what's wrong and submit their feedback directly. You'll receive each note in your FeedHat admin along with the page URL, browser details, and a screenshot showing exactly what the customer saw. Manage customer feedback by tracking notes through different statuses: New, In progress, Resolved, or Won't fix. Get email alerts whenever a new note is submitted, using the address you configure in the app. Each feedback note includes a private status link you can share with customers so they can check progress on their report. Control where the feedback button appears on your storefront and choose which customers can see it. Show it on selected pages only or make it visible to specific customer groups. Review all feedback notes in your admin and keep customers informed about issue resolution.
