About the FraudBolt
FraudBolt blocks fraudulent checkouts in real time using IP and email blocklists to stop fraud before it happens. Add email addresses, IP addresses, or both to your merchant-controlled blocklist and set matching rules for stricter control. Customers matching an active entry see a "Checkout unavailable" message at checkout. If fake orders still slip through, the app automatically cancels, tags, and archives them. Activate, deactivate, edit, or remove blocklist entries anytime. Use the Shopify Admin bulk action to manually block up to 20 existing orders at once. Choose email-only, IP-only, or combined matching to manage repeat fake orders and protect your store from known fraudulent customers.
