FairInvoice creates accurate, VAT-correct PDF invoices for every order and sends them automatically to your customers. Each invoice includes line-by-line tax calculations with tested rounding, so totals match your orders perfectly down to the cent.
The app handles invoice numbering the way accountants need it: sequential and gapless for both invoices and credit notes. Once a document is issued, it stays unchanged. Refunds automatically generate proper credit notes.
