BatchGuard helps you manage lot codes, expiry dates, and batch tracking for products like supplements, food, cosmetics, and CBD. Log lot codes, expiry dates, quantities, supplier details, and COA links for any variant directly in Shopify. The dashboard organizes your inventory into expired, expiring soon, and safe stock. FEFO picking ensures your team ships the right batch first while holding back expired lots marked as do-not-ship. Send pull lists to each location by email so staff can clear shelves on time. Write off expired units with confirmation and undo options. Generate recall reports by lot code or supplier, showing on-hand versus written-off inventory, exportable as CSV. Import data via CSV and auto-tag products as lots expire.
