About the EmberCancel
EmberCancel connects your Shopify store with ShipBob to let customers cancel orders themselves before they ship. A cancel button with countdown timer appears on the Order Status page after purchase. When customers click cancel, the app checks ShipBob shipment status in real-time to verify if cancellation is possible within your configured rules. If approved, EmberCancel automatically cancels the ShipBob shipment, cancels the Shopify order, issues a refund, and tags the order for your records. The merchant dashboard includes an activity log to track all cancellation requests and actions.
