About the Emanuel AI Chatbot & Live Chat
Emanuel is an AI chatbot and live chat widget for Shopify stores that answers customer questions about products, policies, shipping, and FAQs. The AI chat supports five languages—English, Dutch, German, French, and Spanish—with automatic visitor language detection.
Set up your chatbot through a guided wizard where you customize the persona, tone, brand colors, avatar, name, and widget position. Emanuel automatically detects your store policies, products, and pages on install to build its knowledge base.
When the AI can't help a customer, your team receives push and email alerts. An optional offline mode switches the widget to a contact form. View all conversations, analytics, and settings directly in the embedded Shopify admin. Customer data is stored in the EU, with higher conversation volumes available on request.
