The app classifies orders by risk level and surfaces actionable items in a Risk Inbox, showing you which deliveries need attention—whether they're watched, urgent, or dispute-prone.
Orders are reclassified daily as they approach expected delivery dates, so you stay ahead of potential issues. The review workflow provides issue reasons, recommended actions, and notes for each order, plus copy-ready customer update templates you can send right away.
You can also add an estimated delivery block to your product pages. Tune delivery windows, cutoff times, weekends, holidays, and product tag rules to match your fulfilment process. Prioritise orders before support issues escalate and keep customers informed proactively.
