Customer Luv Surveys helps you understand where customers found your store and why they decided to buy. This app adds a simple one-question survey to your order status page right after checkout, when customers are most engaged and willing to respond. Ask customers how they heard about you, then use conditional follow-ups to dig deeper. For example, if someone selects "Google search," you can automatically ask what they searched for. Each answer connects directly to the order and gets charted in your admin dashboard with response rates. Answers save to customer profiles in Shopify, making it easy to track attribution over time. The survey matches your checkout's appearance automatically, or you can choose from preset styles. Mark questions as required if needed, and celebrate responses with a thank-you gift. Integration with Klaviyo and Google Analytics lets you sync survey data with your marketing tools. Export responses as CSV files for deeper analysis.
