About the Craftflow
Craftflow turns personalized Shopify orders into an organized production board designed for makers, engravers, and printers. Each order line displays visible personalization fields and custom details right on the card, so you can see exactly what needs to be made.
Track your work through four production stages: To do, In progress, Done, and Ready to ship. Move items between stages with one click. Search orders, filter by stage, and print production sheets based on your current view. The app focuses on unfulfilled items with personalization fields, keeping your workflow clear.
Import orders from the last 60 days and automatically sync new or edited orders. Cancelled and fulfilled orders are removed from your board. Production tracking stays in Craftflow while shipping and fulfillment remain in Shopify, keeping everything in its proper place.
