About the Craftbench
Craftbench displays every unfulfilled item from your store on a single page, showing the customisation details each buyer entered at checkout right beside it. Each item gets tracked individually with its own production status, so an order with three personalised pieces appears as three separate lines you can manage independently.
Filter items by any customisation value like colour, font, or size to batch similar work together. This lets you group everything needing the same setup, then mark the entire batch as pending, in progress, or done with one click. The app reads Shopify's standard line item properties, so your storefront stays exactly as it is—no changes needed to how you collect personalisation details.
