About the Consignbook for Consignment

Consignbook manages consignment accounting for shops selling items on behalf of consignors. The app tracks what you owe each consignor by automatically assigning items through vendor tags, SKUs, or by importing from your Vendor field. When an item sells, the consignor's share freezes instantly with discounts and refunds calculated precisely, ensuring every balance matches your Shopify orders perfectly. Issue payouts to consignors as Shopify store credit with one click, or record payments made via cash, check, PayPal, or bank transfer. The app generates PDF statements that automatically email to consignors at month end. Consignors can also access a self-service portal to view their sales, payouts, and current balance without contacting your store. Consignbook maintains running balances per consignor, keeping your consignment books accurate and up-to-date with every transaction.
