About the Confirmify WhatsApp COD Verify

Confirmify helps merchants verify Cash on Delivery orders through WhatsApp automation before packing and shipping. When a new COD order is created, buyers automatically receive a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm or cancel their order. Customer replies instantly update the order status using tags like COD-CONFIRMED, COD-CANCELLED, or COD-PENDING, and all interactions are logged in an easy-to-use dashboard. Merchants can review message history, track confirmation outcomes, and manage sending with a simple credit system. This solution reduces fake COD orders, cuts down on wasted shipping costs, and lowers return ratios by catching unresponsive or fraudulent orders before handoff to couriers.
