About the COD Flex: Cash on Delivery

COD Flex scores your Cash-on-Delivery orders for refusal risk so you can avoid shipping parcels that come back. It works with Shopify's native COD payment method at checkout without placing orders or modifying the checkout process. When a COD order comes in, the app automatically scores how likely it is to be refused based on delivery region, order value, and the buyer's past refusal history. Risky orders get tagged so you can call-confirm or hold them before paying shipping costs. The app learns from refused parcels through courier tracking data, making repeat refusers score higher over time. It also prints AWB labels and tracks delivery across multiple couriers including Sameday, DPD, FAN, and Cargus. This helps you reduce losses from returned Cash-on-Delivery orders while managing your shipping workflow.
