Chatzy AI adds an intelligent AI agent to your Shopify store that answers shopper questions using your own store content. The app trains on your products, pages, blog posts, and policies to provide accurate answers about what you sell, shipping methods, returns, and refunds.
Shoppers can track orders directly in chat by entering their order number and email address. The AI agent automatically re-syncs when your store content changes, keeping responses current and relevant.
Chatzy AI helps recover abandoned checkouts by following up via WhatsApp or email, but only contacts shoppers who have opted in to marketing. The agent replies in each shopper's own language and works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices.
