Cartkept Order Export automatically sends your Shopify orders as CSV files on a daily or weekly schedule. Set up custom order exports with your preferred time period, payment status, fulfillment filters, and column selection. Each export is verified against your store's actual order count for accuracy. If an export fails or returns fewer orders than expected, you'll receive an email alert with a secure download link. The app covers orders from the last 60 days and keeps records of your last 30 exports, including orders found, orders written, and any failure reasons. Email support responds within one business day.
