About the CardIntel: BIN & Prepaid Tags
CardIntel automatically checks card BIN numbers (the first 6-8 digits) after checkout and tags orders paid with prepaid cards, gift cards, or commercial cards. The app also flags orders where the card issuer country doesn't match the shipping or billing address, helping you spot potential mismatches.
Each tagged order includes a detailed card report in the order note showing the bank, card type, and issuer country - no need to manually copy card digits into external BIN lookup sites. When you install the app, it automatically tags your last 100 orders without using your check limit.
You can turn individual tags on or off based on your needs and use Shopify Flow to hold or review flagged orders. CardIntel never cancels or holds orders by itself - you stay in control of your order management.
