About the Captain Tasks
Captain Tasks helps store teams organize operational work directly in the Shopify admin. Staff can create tasks while reviewing products, orders, or collections, then manage them on shared visual boards with five clear stages. Assign tasks to team members with priorities, tags, and due dates to keep daily work coordinated. Every task keeps comments, files, and activity history together in one place. Team access follows existing staff accounts, so there's no need to manage separate users. Each store gets its own workspace for boards, tickets, team members, and attachments. Archive completed tasks without losing context or history, keeping your team aligned without switching tools.
Launched: September 29, 2026
