About the Brilio AI Sales Assistant
Brilio is an AI chatbot for your Shopify storefront that answers customer questions using your live catalogue and store policies. It provides accurate information on stock, prices, and product variants in real-time. The chatbot displays product images, prices, and an Add to cart button when items are available. Customers can check their order status by confirming their order email. When the AI assistant doesn't know an answer, it clearly says so and collects the shopper's email for follow-up. No customer sign-in is required, and all conversations are searchable directly in your Shopify admin for easy reference and customer support management.
