OPTIS Returns & Exchanges adds a self-service return page to your online store where customers can submit refund requests. Shoppers find their order using the order number and email, select items and quantities to return, choose a return reason, and pick how to ship items back. They can use a merchant-provided return label or ship on their own. All return requests appear in one organized list within the app, filtered by pending, approved, or rejected status. Open any request to review the items and refund total, then approve it or reject it with a required reason. You issue refunds directly from your Shopify admin.
