ASUNOKI PO Export turns your Shopify purchase orders into CSV or XLSX files formatted exactly how each supplier needs them. Select purchase orders from your admin and download them with the right column layout, headers, and order that match your supplier's requirements.
Create custom templates for each supplier by choosing which columns to include, renaming headers, and setting the column order. The app automatically applies the saved template next time you export orders for the same supplier, saving you time on repeat orders.
Export multiple purchase orders from one supplier in a single file. Customize file names with supplier name, PO number, and date. CSV files support UTF-8 BOM encoding so Excel displays non-English text correctly. Purchase order data is read at export time and not stored by the app.
