About the AppVerix Returns

AppVerix Returns lets shoppers start returns and exchanges directly on your store. Customers find their order using order number and email, select items with reasons, add photos, and choose between refund, store credit, or exchange options. Set your return rules including return window up to 60 days, final-sale tags, optional refund deductions, and return shipping policies. You can approve each request manually or enable auto-approve for requests that meet your criteria. Returns are created in Shopify, items automatically go back into stock, and refunds are issued through Shopify's system. Customers can exchange for another variant of the same product with any price difference refunded. Store credit is provided as a gift card. Customer emails are sent in six languages.
