About the Alena ‑ mPOHODA integration
Alena connects your Shopify store to mPOHODA and POHODA accounting systems. The app automatically creates invoices in mPOHODA from your Shopify orders and emails PDF invoices directly to customers. It generates POHODA-ready payout files in CSV format for easy bank pairing, saving you from manual data entry.
Orders sync automatically, or you can transfer them manually by date range or order ID. The app preserves clean data including SKUs, VAT rates, variable symbols and invoice numbering. Bundle management works with various currencies and discounts. Error logs help you identify failed transfers and show you how to fix them quickly.
