About the Akeed: COD Order Confirmation
Akeed verifies cash-on-delivery orders on WhatsApp before fulfillment, helping you cut refused deliveries and return costs. Every COD order gets an automatic WhatsApp confirmation request. Customers confirm or cancel in one tap, in Arabic or English, and Shopify orders are tagged automatically. No need to connect your own WhatsApp number—start using Akeed's official WhatsApp infrastructure right away. Track confirmed, canceled, pending, and unanswered orders in one dashboard. Set send delays, follow-up reminders, quiet hours, and store timezone to manage order confirmation efficiently and stop shipping fake orders or parcels that get refused at the door.
