About the A3E Receive: Invoice to Stock
A3E Receive helps you receive supplier invoices into stock automatically. Upload your invoice as PDF, phone photo, CSV or Excel and the app reads every line, checks quantities and amounts against subtotals and totals. It matches each line to your products using SKU, barcode, supplier codes it learns, or product name. After you review and approve, it adds units at your chosen location and updates the cost per item to weighted average, including freight and duty. The app rechecks stock before processing and lets you undo a whole invoice in one click if needed.
