About the ruli

ruli monitors your Shopify storefront, checkout, and inventory from the outside to catch outages before they cost you sales. Unlike apps that rely only on Shopify webhooks, ruli runs synthetic probes on a schedule—loading your homepage, adding products to cart, and confirming checkout works. It also polls the Admin API to reconcile product and inventory state, so dropped webhooks never mean missed alerts. Get instant notifications by Slack or email when something breaks, with alerts framed around revenue at risk. Track out-of-stock items and accidentally unpublished products.
