About the FGO Integration
FGO Integration automates your invoicing workflow by connecting Shopify orders directly with the FGO invoicing system. When new orders come in, invoices are created automatically. Once payment is captured, the app marks invoices as collected without manual intervention. If an order gets cancelled, the corresponding invoice is voided automatically.
The app checks FGO invoice payment status and syncs it with your Shopify order financial status, keeping everything accurate. You can group multiple orders from the same customer into one invoice for easier management. SAGA integration is supported, along with additional automation features you can configure to match your business needs.
