About the Visma e‑conomic Integration
This app automatically syncs your Shopify orders with e-conomic, eliminating manual bookkeeping. Every order, refund, and payment is handled without lifting a finger.
Choose Individual Invoice Mode to create one e-conomic invoice per order with complete line items, or use Sales Summary Mode for clean daily journal entries organized by payment method. Refunds automatically generate matching credit notes with accurate VAT calculations for both inclusive and exclusive pricing.
EU OSS VAT is fully supported, routing tax to the correct country-specific VAT accounts. Bulk-sync up to 250 orders at once, validate everything with a Test Run before going live, and instantly retry any failed syncs. Perfect for stores that need reliable e-conomic integration with proper VAT handling across EU markets.
