NetHold automatically spots customers with overdue payment terms and holds their checkout until invoices are settled. The app watches orders using Shopify payment terms and tags past due customers after your grace period ends. When held customers try to place new orders, they'll see a customizable message blocking checkout until they pay outstanding invoices.
The hold lifts automatically once payment is received, or you can release any customer manually with one click. NetHold matches customers by their Shopify customer account, working best when buyers sign in at checkout.
