CostLedger helps you track receipt costs and manage inventory expenses with a dated ledger system. Record receipts manually or import them by CSV to maintain accurate cost tracking. The app uses receipt-weighted math that you can inspect on each variant timeline. The Pro plan includes estimated monthly COGS reports, current inventory valuation, and 30/60-day margin reports to help you understand your profitability. Plus plan users can preview and import completed Shopify PO PDFs with amount previews before recording. Check coverage and uncosted units before generating reports to ensure accuracy. The app never overwrites your Shopify Cost per item data. Plus plan includes ledger and report exports in CSV format. Reports provide estimates rather than locked month-close journal entries, giving you flexible cost analysis tools for your store.
